Delivery Timeframe
Delivery within Bulgaria takes 2–4 business days. For international orders, delivery takes up to 14 business days after payment.
All orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m., on public holidays, and on weekends are processed on the first business day following the date the order was placed.

Orders are delivered by courier. “Elena art nails” uses the services of the courier companies “Econt Express,” “SPIDI,” and BOX NOW.

WHAT ISBOX NOW?
BOX NOW is the newest courier service in Bulgaria, delivering exclusively to its own network of automated mail stations (kiosks). BOX NOW’s kiosks are always located in key spots around the city, are accessible 24/7, and are powered by their own solar panels.
HOW TO CHOOSE DELIVERY TO A BOX NOW?
- When you're done placing your order, click the green "BOX NOW" button to select it as your delivery method.
- Select your BOX NOW machine from the list (select your city to generate a map showing the exact locations). Click “Confirm” to finalize your selection. If you made a mistake, click the button again to select the correct location.
- Pay with a credit card right away.

- How long will my package be stored in a BOX locker? NOWlocker?
You can pick up your package from a BOX NOW kiosk within 48 hours after receiving confirmation that it has been delivered to the post office. The hold period can be extended for free by an additional 24 hours via the website in the “Track Your Package” section. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to us.

Almost all BOX NOW kiosks are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, they are sometimes located near facilities that have specific access requirements. To be sure of the times when you can pick up your package, check the listed operating hours when selecting a specific location.3. How does the process of picking up a package from aBOXNOWkiosk work?Once you place an order, BOX NOW will send you an SMS, Viber message, or email containing a PIN code as soon as your package arrives at the selected kiosk. Enter the code on the kiosk’s keypad, and one of the boxes will open automatically.
- What sizes of packages fit in the BOX vending machines? NOW?
The option to order via BOX NOW is automatically enabled based on the size of your order. However, to help you plan your purchases properly, we’ve listed the eligible order sizes below so you can take advantage of the service:
- Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) and weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kilograms,
- Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) and weighing up to 20 kilograms.
Does the shipping cost depend on the size of the package?
No, at this time, shipping to BOX NOW is the same for all three shipment size options.
- You've placed an order, but you haven't received any delivery information for it in BOX yet NOW?
BOX NOW delivers the next day after your order has been processed. You probably haven’t received your package yet because it hasn’t been prepared by the online store. You can track your package on the BOX NOW website or contact them at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.
- How can I find directions to the BOX vending machine? NOWvending machine I’ve chosen?
Click on the link you received from BOX NOW via email, SMS, or Viber to confirm your delivery. There, you'll find directions to the BOX NOW kiosk you selected for the delivery of your package.
- Can I pay with a foreign card (a card issued in a country outside of Bulgaria)?
You can pay with a bank card issued in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside the EU and the UK due to the lack of 3D Secure.
Delivery is made to an office or delivery address specified by the User within the Republic of Bulgaria.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website.
All commissions or fees associated with postal money orders (cash on delivery) are the responsibility of the customer.
In cases of free shipping, if explicitly stated on the website, only the value of physical products is taken into account, excluding online courses or other digital products.
Before shipping the ordered merchandise, Elena Art Nails reserves the right to contact the Customer at the phone number provided by the Customer to clarify details regarding the order and/or delivery.
Elena Art Nails shall not be liable for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal information, including when the User has provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or phone number.
Delivery is made within the timeframes specified for each delivery option in the order interface. In exceptional circumstances, Elena Art Nails reserves the right to extend the delivery time, provided that it notifies the User in a timely manner.
In cases where advance payment has been agreed upon, the order is shipped 2–4 days after payment is received. If the User wants their order to arrive before a specific date, they should inquire whether this is possible. Delivery is made within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the order interface module—within one business day.
For large shipments, an additional fee may apply, which will be confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.

The Consumer is required to inspect the goods upon delivery and to immediately report any discrepancies, missing items, or damage. If the Consumer fails to do so, the delivery is deemed to have been accepted without objection.
For international shipments, the rules governing the delivery and receipt of shipments established by the relevant national postal service, as well as the applicable national laws of the country where the recipient of the goods is located, apply.
All import duties incurred upon delivery of the goods are the responsibility of the Consumer. The Consumer may not request a refund if they have refused to pay the import duties or to accept the shipment.
For countries outside the European Union, a CUSTOMS DUTY is also charged in accordance with the relevant country’s regulations, and this is payable by the customer!
Elena Art Nails reserves the right to change the available shipping and payment methods and/or the terms and conditions governing them at any time by posting the available shipping and payment methods on the website without further notice.
